As Managing Editor for SWATCH Magazine, I served as second-in-command to the Editor-in-Chief, acting as a bridge between high-level editorial vision and final execution. My role centered on refining the magazine’s creative voice, where I oversaw the full content lifecycle—from obtaining and proofreading senior editor submissions to publishing curated pieces to our digital blog.

A defining highlight of my tenure was co-creatively directing our print edition, "The Dreamscape Issue," where I helped conceptualize visual narratives that merged fantasy with fashion. Drawing heavily from whimsical aesthetics to embrace a lush, romantic theme. Our hands-on approach included sourcing every garment, scouting and casting models, and meticulously styling accessories, while also building custom sets and coordinating 6 locations to ensure a fully realized visual world.

Beyond visual direction, I managed the intersection of creativity and commerce by coordinating with local businesses for ad placement and public relations. By balancing these organizational demands with hands-on creative leadership, I facilitated seamless collaboration across our team of designers and writers to bring complex, vision-led concepts to life.
